Microbial Biofilms in Veterinary Medicine

چکیده

Microbial biofilms defined as extremely complex ecosystems are considered clinically important for humans. However, the concept and significant roles of microbial in progression disease have seriously lagged veterinary medicine, when compared with human medicine. Although importance animal health is just beginning to emerge, limited studies paid attention that field lead serious economic losses. In this review, causing high losses livestock industry has been highlighted. Besides, biofilm, their role pathogenesis diseases, well diagnosis approaches possible therapeutic strategies needed overcome detrimental effects discussed.
